The Művésztelep or Artists Colony of MACIVA the Hungarian State Circus Organization is located near to the Capital Circus of Budapest.
On the pictures shown here we can still see the inside of the former animal training ring and the old big cat cages, both of which nowadays have been torn down and replaced by a new acrobatic training hall. This because the Hungarian State Circus no longer owns any own animals and focuses solely on the training of new young acrobats.
